What data

The data you send us through the contact form, by email or on WhatsApp: name, email, phone number, date, venue and details of the event, message.

Why and on what legal basis

To reply to your request and prepare a quote, that is, for pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, GDPR). If the event is confirmed, the data are also used for the contract and for tax obligations.

Who processes it

Only us. To run the website we rely on providers acting on our behalf:

• Aruba S.p.A., which hosts the website;
• FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which forwards the message sent through the form to our email;
• our email provider.

We do not sell or pass on your data to third parties, and we do not use it for newsletters without your consent.

For how long

For as long as needed to handle your request. If it becomes an assignment, for the duration of the contract and for the periods required by law for tax records.

Your rights

You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict its processing or to object to it, by writing to info@studioliquido.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).
